We don't measure potty training success by whether a child becomes “fully potty trained” overnight.

We look at the small changes that tell us the strategy is working.

A child might start with:
• 6 accidents a day
• Never initiating a trip to the bathroom
• Refusing to sit on the toilet
• Needing full parent assistance

Then we track what changes after the parent begins using the plan:

6 accidents becomes 3.
3 becomes 1.
The child begins staying dry longer.
They start sitting without resistance.
They begin completing parts of the bathroom routine independently.

Those changes matter.

And because we're tracking them, we don't have to guess whether a strategy is working.

We can look at the child's progress and decide exactly what to do next.

That's the difference between trying random potty-training tips and following a plan based on your child's actual behavior.
